After your order I will recieve the confirmation about your order, I will issue an invoice. The delivery charges and your individual demands will bea taken into consideration.
How do I pay for my order?
The order must be paid by bank transfer to an account: 1019309037/3030 at Air bank. Transfers between different banks could take more than one day.
DELIVERY
When will my order arrive?
As soon as the money has been credited to account I will pack the item(s) and ship it. The purchased piece will be packed carefully and delivered to your home.
How will my order be delivered?
I use courier delivery service DPD and services of Czech Post (Česká pošta). You will be informed by the courier about the exact time of the delivery.
Delivery cost
Postage and packing price is 0 CZK in the Czeh Republic. YES, IT IS FOR FREE! The price is the same no matter how many pieces have been ordered. In case of free delivery day, the money will be deducted from the invoice.
Do you send the items abroad?
Yes, with pleasure. We will agree on the best way of delivering your goods, the price will be individual. Not free, sorry.
Can I collect the order personaly?
Yes, we can ake an arrangement at my atelier in Rožnov pod Radhoštěm, where you can, besides collecting the piece, take a look at my other pieces, which are not on my web.
